Trusted counsel with practical operating experience

Jocelen has advised founders, chief executives, boards, ministers, the Prime Minister and senior leadership teams. Her experience spans advocacy, organisational transformation, government relations, policy, campaign strategy, corporate communications, issues management, governance and major project coordination.

She has worked across international, national, state and local environments where stakeholder expectations, public scrutiny, political considerations and organisational priorities intersect. This breadth gives her a practical understanding of how decisions are made — and how organisations can influence, respond and deliver.

Born and raised in regional Victoria, Jocelen brings a grounded regional perspective alongside experience working across state, national and international environments.
